# What You Need:

→ Cheese

01 - 3.5 oz aged cheddar cheese, cut into 0.6 in cubes
02 - 3.5 oz firm mozzarella cheese, cut into 0.6 in cubes

→ Olives

03 - 3.5 oz black olives, pitted and drained
04 - 3.5 oz green olives, pitted and drained

→ Garnish (optional)

05 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
06 - Crackers or breadsticks, for serving

# Steps:

01 - Place cheese cubes and olives alternately on a large square or rectangular platter to create a chessboard pattern, starting with cheddar, then black olive, mozzarella, green olive, and so forth.
02 - Continue the alternating pattern until the platter is entirely covered, maintaining consistency throughout.
03 - Sprinkle finely chopped parsley over the assembled board for a fresh accent, if desired.
04 - Present immediately alongside crackers or breadsticks.
