# Steps:
01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F.
02 - Toss the sliced apples with granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch, if using, until evenly coated.
03 - Spread the apple mixture evenly in a 10- or 12-inch oven-safe skillet.
