Angel Wings Whipped Feta (Print)

A creamy feta blend with honey, herbs, and lemon zest, perfect for spreading or dipping with fresh veggies.

# What You Need:

→ Dairy

01 - 7 oz crumbled feta cheese
02 - 3.5 oz softened cream cheese
03 - 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

→ Flavorings

04 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
05 - 1 tsp lemon zest
06 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
07 - 1 small garlic clove, minced

→ Toppings

08 - 2 tbsp honey
09 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
10 - 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
11 - ½ tsp cracked black pepper
12 - Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

→ For Serving

13 - Pita chips, crostini, or fresh vegetables

# Steps:

01 - Place feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a food processor. Blend until the mixture is very smooth and creamy, approximately 2 to 3 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.
02 - Taste the whipped mixture and add additional lemon juice or olive oil to refine the flavor profile if preferred.
03 - Spoon the whipped feta into a shallow serving bowl, smoothing the surface.
04 - Create a swirl pattern on the surface with the back of a spoon, then drizzle generously with honey and a little extra olive oil.
05 - Sprinkle chopped dill, mint, cracked black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if using, evenly over the top.
06 - Present immediately alongside pita chips, crostini, or fresh vegetable crudités for dipping.
