# Steps:

01 - Wash and thoroughly dry the apples. Insert wooden sticks into the tops and set aside.
02 - Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
03 - Increase heat and boil the mixture without stirring until it reaches 300°F on a candy thermometer, approximately 7 to 8 minutes.
04 - Remove from heat and quickly stir in black gel food coloring and vanilla extract.
05 - Dip each apple carefully into the candy mixture, swirling to coat thoroughly. Allow excess to drip off, then place on a parchment-lined tray to set.
06 - Place the coated apples in the center of a large serving board. Arrange caramel and chocolate sauces in small bowls nearby.
07 - Fill the board with chocolate-covered pretzels, gummy worms, marshmallows, Halloween candies, chocolate bark, grapes, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds around the apples.
08 - Present immediately or within a few hours for optimal freshness and enjoyment.
