# Steps:
01 - Wash and thoroughly dry all fruits.
02 - Cut strawberry, kiwi, mango, and pineapple into 1/4-inch thick rounds or slabs.
03 - Use star and heart-shaped cookie cutters approximately 1 inch to press shapes from the fruit slices.
04 - Optionally, lightly brush the shapes with lemon zest or sprinkle with edible gold dust for added sparkle.
05 - Thread each fruit shape onto cocktail picks or float gently atop drinks.
06 - Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before use.
