# Top Tips:

01 -
  • It tastes like a fancy Italian gelato bar decided to become a drink, and you get to make it at home in under ten minutes.
  • The contrast between the cool sorbet and the fizzy, boozy brightness feels genuinely special without requiring any actual cooking skills.
02 -
  • Timing is everything here—once you pour, you have maybe five minutes before the sorbet loses its structural integrity and you're left with a slushy situation, which is fine but not quite as elegant.
  • If your Limoncello isn't actually cold, it will turn your carefully constructed float into a disaster in seconds, so don't skip the freezer step.
03 -
  • The sorbet needs to be genuinely cold when it goes in the glass, so don't let it sit out on the counter for even a minute before scooping.
  • That slow pour of sparkling water is not just about elegance—it keeps the carbonation from going flat instantly, so you get that fizz with every sip.
