# Top Tips:

01 -
  • Clean-up is a breeze since everything cooks in one pan.
  • The savory ham and creamy Swiss cheese make every bite feel like brunch at your favorite spot.
02 -
  • Once, I learned the hard way that an underheated pan led to soggy edges – always let the skillet get hot before starting.
  • Baking just until set ensures the frittata stays moist; overcooking dries out every layer.
03 -
  • Using freshly grated cheese melts better and creates delicious golden tops.
  • Try thyme for a gentle twist that elevates the flavors.
