Golden Crescent Roll Cheese Bites (Print)

# What You Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

→ Cheese Filling

02 - 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
03 - 1.5 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 8 cubes
04 - 1 tbsp fresh chives or parsley, finely chopped (optional)
05 - 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs

→ Topping

06 - 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

# Steps:

01 - Set oven temperature to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
03 - Place one mozzarella cube and one cheddar cube at the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle with Italian herbs and chopped chives or parsley if desired.
04 - Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, sealing the cheese inside by tucking the ends.
05 - Place the rolls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Combine melted butter and garlic powder, then brush evenly over the roll tops.
07 - Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the rolls.
08 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until rolls are golden brown and puffed.
09 - Let the rolls cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
