01 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
02 - 1 package (10 ounces) mini marshmallows
03 - 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

06 - Colored icing pens

# Steps:

01 - Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
03 - Add mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
04 - Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal, mixing until evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
05 - Using a buttered spatula or wax paper, press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking sheet to a thickness of about 1/2 inch.
06 - Allow the mixture to cool for 10–15 minutes until set but still slightly soft.
07 - Use cookie cutters to cut desired shapes from the slab by pressing firmly and wiggling slightly to achieve clean edges.
08 - Optionally, decorate with sprinkles, drizzle melted chocolate, or use colored icing pens as desired.
09 - Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to three days.
