# Top Tips:

01 -
  • It tastes sophisticated enough that no one will ask if it's missing something—because it isn't.
  • You can have it ready before guests even set their bags down, leaving you free to actually enjoy their company.
  • The deep jewel color in the glass does half the work of hospitality for you.
02 -
  • If you muddle mint before the liquid goes in, the leaves turn to bitter pulp—let them float whole and release their aroma gradually instead.
  • Blackcurrant juice stains everything permanently, so pour over a sink or keep paper towels closer than you'd think necessary.
03 -
  • Freeze mint leaves in ice cubes ahead of time for gatherings—it looks intentional and keeps your drink cold longer without dilution.
  • If your sparkling water has been open a few days, it loses its fizz; use fresh bottles for the best effect.
